If we pass life's tests, we receive the promotion. If we fail life's tests, we receive a lesson on how to improve. Both outcomes; the promotion and the lesson which produces wisdom, once applied, are necessary components of success.
Don't run from your tests. No matter how daunting they may appear, your Creator is attempting to promote you.
